I was elected Director of the Moulton Niguel Water District Board in 2018 and again in 2022. As current Moulton Niguel Water District Director, my focus has been on issues associated with our infrastructure, interagency relationships and maintaining low monthly bills.
Qualifications
Currently a MNWD Director
Principal Water Engineer for City of Anaheim, retired
Registered Civil Engineer
Master’s Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering
Certified at highest level in water and wastewater operations
46 years’ experience in water, wastewater operations, engineering, water quality and public policy
MNWD customer for 29 years
As Director
Improved our emergency leak response procedures
Facilitated more frequent infrastructure investigations and priorities
Approved budgets that prepared the District for future infrastructure repairs and upgrades
Engaged District customers through Chamber of Commerce presentations and interaction
Used my background in wastewater to focus on our wastewater and reuse operations
Approved rate structure that avoids spikes in cost to our customers
